Job summary

Tommy Bahama in Scottsdale is seeking store ambassadors who embody the island lifestyle and deliver world-class guest service. You will help stock the floor, share product knowledge with guests, and maintain an inviting, aloha-style atmosphere.

The role involves processing shipments, managing the stockroom, and collaborating in store meetings to report on inventory discrepancies. A high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in guest service are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of guest service and stock experience.
• Organized and efficient.
• Strong communications skills and ability to work with numbers.
• Natural collaborator and able to take initiative.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to perform other duties to support the business

Responsibilities

• Process store merchandise to the selling floor; replenish floor with inventory and provide product knowledge for our guests.
• Take responsibility of daily stock room operation; ensuring shipping supply levels are neat and orderly maintained to create accessible storage area for incoming and outbound products.
• Process all inbound and outbound shipment in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with Retail Operations Policies and Procedures.
• Onboard your crew - Actively participate in all store-related meetings, generating reports and communicating inventory related inquiries/ discrepancies related to stock
