Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• High school education preferred or equivalent.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds and occasional up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and reaching.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
• Positive attitude with teamwork and customer service focus.
• Willingness to assist in cashier duties and perform other store-related tasks.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and stock products, ensuring proper rotation (FIFO) and maintaining product quality.
• Build attractive and organized product displays to highlight promotions or seasonal items.
• Ensure products are fronted properly on shelves, with visible labels and pricing.
• Handle product damages and process credits according to company policy.
• Assist customers by helping them locate items within the store and providing product information.
• Take returned products and return them to proper shelf locations.
• Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and store shelves.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and keep entrances clear of carts.
• Sweep and mop floors to ensure cleanliness throughout the store.
• Assist in spill cleanup to maintain a safe environment.
• Perform general housekeeping duties such as wiping shelves and cleaning glass.
• Willingness to perform cashier duties and load groceries as needed.
• Follow all store policies and procedures, especially safety and product handling.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
