Qualifications

• 5+ years working in a stockroom environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to read and understand documents such as kit pulls, stores requisitions, computer reports, and procedure manuals.
• Computer skills.
• Proficient in ERP software concepts such as electronic scanning and inventory transactions.

Responsibilities

• Receive inventory into stock, verify quantity, assign inventory location and locate parts as required.
• Handle all material in a safe and proper manner using prescribed methods including ERP safety requirements.
• Issue parts to kits or fill stores requisitions as required, including verification of quantity, part number accuracy and inventory record.
• Maintain Min/Max supply part inventory.
• Maintain Stockroom facilities in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Perform cycle count inventory verification as needed.
• Move or arrange transport of materials from one department to another as required.
• Perform yearly physical inventory for all stockroom inventory.
