Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Stock Associate to manage the merchandise flow from stock rooms to the sales floor and to assist with receiving, labeling, and stocking duties. You will also engage customers, operate registers when needed, and support the shopping experience with accurate, organized stockroom processes.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required. The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and efficient merchandizing in a fast-paced retail environment.

Overview

Our Stock Associates will control the flow of merchandise from our stock room to the retail sales floor. They will also be responsible for receiving, unpacking, organizing, storing, packaging, and labeling merchandise. Additionally, Stock Associates will support the shopping experience by providing customer service and ringing up customers as needed.
