ALLSAINTS Retail Limited in Fairfax is seeking a part-time Stock Associate to support replenishment, merchandising, and stock management. You will ensure accurate swing tickets, proper tagging, and safe handling of deliveries while maintaining a presentable store appearance.

The role offers a part-time hourly rate of $16.40–$17.50 USD with bonus potential and opportunities to grow within a global fashion brand. Eligible benefits are provided per location and hours worked.

Responsibilities

• Oversee replenishment processes.
• Minimize stock loss through proper procedures.
• Maintain stock rotation and rotation controls.
• Communicate stock level information to the team.
• Manage deliveries into the store effectively.
• Handle stock delivery and merchandising duties.
• Ensure tagging and swing ticket accuracy on products.
• Follow tagging and price labeling procedures.
• Keep fire exits and walkways free from deliveries.
• Handle lifting and handling of deliveries safely.

THE ROLE

• Responsible for the process of replenishment
• Ensure all procedures are followed to minimize stock loss
• Ensure stock rotation processes are adhered to
• Ensure stock level information is communicated effectively
• Responsibility for deliveries into the store being managed effectively
• Responsible for stock delivery and merchandising
• Ensuring correct swing ticket information is on all products
• Ensuring tag check procedures are adhered to
• Responsible for ensuring tagging procedures are followed
• Ensure all fire exits/ walkways are free from boxes of delivery/ combustibles
• Ensuring lifting and handling of deliveries are dealt with in the correct manner

  This is a part time hourly role available at a rate of: $16.40 - $17.50 USD, plus bonus potential

  ABOUT THE LOCATION

  Our North America region is made up of 71 retail locations across the U.S. and Canada, with our flagship store in New York City. We are primarily based out of our Los Angeles studios, bringing our brand’s iconic aesthetic to West Hollywood, CA.
