Job summary

Steve Madden in Dallas, TX is seeking a part-time Stock Associate to verify receipts, process deliveries, and place merchandise in the stockroom while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role supports store operations, replenishes floor stock, assists with floor moves and merchandising, and requires flexible availability including weekends and holidays. Previous retail experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to process information through computer and POS register systems.
• Preferred 1–2 years retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify receipts and deliveries and place merchandise in the stockroom.
• Process and replenish merchandise; monitor floor stock and product movement.
• Maintain accurate stockroom operations, especially during peak hours.
• Communicate clearly with management regarding product levels and stock needs.
• Assist in store operations including floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and returns to inventory.
• Flexibility to perform duties outside own role when needed.
