Summary

The Stock Associate supports back-of-house operations and helps maintain the sales floor at the Livermore Outlet store. This part-time role supports the sales and management team through inventory, shipment, and stockroom responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the stockroom and sales floor to visual and cleanliness standards.
• Receive shipments, report discrepancies, and process product transfers and client orders.
• Conduct cycle counts, prepare for annual inventory, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Support the store team in meeting customer expectations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably with back-of-house responsibilities.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Computer skills, including POS operation and Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift or move up to approximately 50 pounds, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and stand for the duration of a shift.
