Job summary

G-III Retail Group's Karl Lagerfeld Paris store is seeking a Stock Associate to keep the shop organized and stockroom efficient. You will receive merchandise, process inventory, replenish floors, and support accurate presentations according to brand standards.

Ideal candidates are organized, dependable, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, with 1-2 years in inventory or retail. This role involves fast-paced teamwork and close collaboration with store leadership.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related experience in inventory or retail work preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and stand on concrete floors during 8 to 10 hour shifts.
• Ability to push, pull, reach, bend and twist through the shift, at varying heights.
• Must read, count, and write to accurately complete documentation, operate training tools and process inventory.
• Basic math skills (counting, adding, multiplying).
• Exposure to extreme temperatures and constant noise.
• Pass certification testing prior to operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, process, and organize incoming merchandise.
• Prepare and process inventory for outgoing shipments and transfers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom.
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor accurately and efficiently.
• Support visual presentation and merchandising standards when restocking products.
• Assist with inventory counts and identify merchandise that needs replenishment or reorder.
• Apply security sensors and follow loss-prevention and safety procedures.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the company’s policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly with store leadership and team members.
• Manage time effectively and adjust priorities as needed.
• Follow direction from store leadership and support additional operational needs.

Job Qualifications

• One to two year's related experience in inventory or retail work preferred.

• Must be able to read, count and write to accurately complete documentation, utilize training tools and process inventory.
