Job summary

Karl Lagerfeld Paris, a brand under the G-III Retail Group, seeks a Stock Associate to keep the store organized, replenish inventory, and support merchandising standards on the sales floor. You will receive, process, and stock merchandise while maintaining a safe stockroom and accurate inventories.

Your role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure product availability and presentation according to brand standards.

Qualifications

• One to two years related experience in inventory or retail work preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and stand on concrete floors during 8–10 hour shifts.
• Ability to push, pull, reach, bend and twist through the shift, at varying heights.
• Must be able to read, count and write to accurately complete documentation, utilize training tools and process inventory.
• Basic math skills (counting, adding, and multiplying).
• Withstand exposure to extreme temperatures and constant noise.
• Will be required to pass certification testing prior to operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, process, and organize incoming merchandise.
• Prepare and process inventory for outgoing shipments and transfers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom.
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor accurately and efficiently.
• Support visual presentation and merchandising standards when placing or restocking products.
• Assist with inventory counts and identify merchandise that needs to be replenished or reordered.
• Apply security sensors and follow all merchandise-handling, loss-prevention, and safety procedures.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the company’s operational policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly with store leadership and team members.
• Manage time effectively and adjust priorities based on the needs of the business.
• Follow direction from members of the store leadership team and support additional operational needs as assigned.
