Job summary

GUESS Factory is seeking a Seasonal Stock Associate to receive, unpack, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor while maintaining an organized stock room. You will support inventory control, restock shelves, and ensure merchandise is floor-ready.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and previous retail or stockroom experience is preferred. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor.
• Organize, maintain, and clean the stock room.
• Notify management of shipment discrepancies and missed markdowns.
• Sensor, steam, fold, and hang merchandise as needed.
• Move new goods to the selling floor and replenish merchandise from stock room.
• Execute transfers, RTVs, manage damages, and handle customer charge sends.
• Stock room maintenance to keep it organized and floor-ready.
