Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Store Stock Associate in Little Rock, AR to help run the shop smoothly by moving stock from the backroom to the sales floor and ensuring shelves are replenished. You will greet customers and support teams with attentive service and a positive attitude.

You will manage shipments, maintain inventory and price accuracy, and assist store leaders with daily operations. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is important to success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their needs to create excellent customer experiences.
• Oversee shipment processing and stock movement from the stockroom to the sales floor.
• Keep stockroom, sales floor, and desk organized and fully stocked.
• Prepare the store and backroom: process shipments, stock the sales floor, and organize merchandise and supplies.
• Display new merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Manage inventory accuracy, price accuracy, and product stock levels.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by store leaders.
