Job summary

Michael Kors in Wisconsin is seeking an Operations/Customer Service role for a fast-paced retail environment. You'll keep the selling floor neat, assist with stock, shipping/receiving, POS procedures, and client services, while maintaining accurate inventories and attendance.

A minimum of 2 years in retail is required. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, clienteling, and problem resolution to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business within Capri Holdings’ luxury brand

• Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction
