Job summary

World Market in Peoria, IL is seeking associates to create a fun, memorable shopping experience. You’ll help customers, stock merchandise, and keep the sales floor inviting, while learning about our unique products.

This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for training and growth. Retail experience is a plus but not required; a can-do attitude and strong communication are essential.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for a variety of duties including customer service and making the shopping experience fun and memorable for our customer:

• Process freight and unload trucks.


• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.


• Maintain an organized stockroom.

Full time and Part time associates are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service.
