Job summary

J.Crew Group (JCG) is hiring a Stock Associate in Palo Alto, CA to keep store operations running smoothly. You will receive and replenish products, maintain an organized stock room, and assist with packaging customer orders to support fast, accurate service.

You’ll work across shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on accuracy, brand presentation, and teamwork to deliver exceptional shopping experiences. Candidates should be at least 18 and able to lift 40 pounds.

• Ability to learn store shipment systems and handle merchandise safely.

You’ll package customer orders promptly and assist with various tasks as required. • Process inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining an organized stock room.
• Learn our store shipment systems and comply with merchandise handling guidelines.
• Maintain presentation standards and act in a manner that aligns with our brand values.
• Support the store team to exceed selling and service expectations for our customers.

• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
