Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a part-time Stock Associate in New Orleans to verify receipts, manage deliveries, and stock the stockroom. You will support store operations, assist with floor moves, and ensure accurate stock control while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, strong verbal and written communication, and flexibility to work day/evening/weekends/holidays. Proficiency with POS systems will help in processing inventory efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
