Job summary

World Market is hiring for roles that support a vibrant, globally inspired home décor retail environment. You will help process freight, stock shelves, and maintain pricing while delivering friendly service to customers in a fast-paced store setting.

Applicants should bring a can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Both full-time and part-time positions offer 401(k) and paid leave benefits after a probationary period.

What You’ll Do

• Process freight and unload trucks.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.

Experience & Skills You’ll Bring

A can-do attitude and commitment to contributing to a collaborative, open minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture. Retail experience a plus but not required. Excellent communication & time management skills. Ability to initiate a conversation. Minimum Age 16 years. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Hourly Pay Range is $15.00-$15.50

Full time and Part time associates are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service. All associates earn paid leave. In addition, Full time associates receive vacation and paid holidays. Benefits for full-time employment on the first of the month following 30 days of continuous employment include offerings for programs including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending, Commuter Benefits and Employee Assistance.
