Job summary

J.Crew in Indianapolis is seeking a Stock Associate to support daily store operations, receive and replenish products, and keep the stock room organized. You’ll package customer orders promptly and help the store team deliver a great shopping experience.

Ideal candidates are 18+, fashion‑minded, collaborative, and able to lift up to 40 pounds. Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays, is required; base pay is competitive with bonus programs and employee discounts.

Job Summary

As a Stock Associate, you ensure smooth operations behind the scenes. You are responsible for receiving and replenishing products efficiently on the sales floor and maintaining an organized stock room. You’ll package customer orders promptly and assist with various tasks as required. Hourly Range: $13.50 - $15.52
