Job summary

Vylor is seeking an STO Coordinator to manage transportation for customer orders and transfers across the U.S. and internationally, coordinating with scheduling and warehouse teams to ensure smooth material flow.

As a STO Coordinator for Vylor, you will play a critical role in keeping our operations moving safely, efficiently, and on time. You will coordinate transportation for customer orders, warehouse transfers, and bulk movements across the U.S. and internationally, partnering closely with scheduling, inventory, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless material flow. This role is central to maintaining load accuracy, quality, and compliance while serving as a trusted point of contact for delivery issues and logistics incidents. You’ll help support off‑site warehouses and regional distribution centers, ensuring our products reach the right place at the right time. Safety is at the core of everything we do, and you’ll contribute by supporting PIT/forklift safety programs and onboarding new operators. What You’ll Do:

  • Arrange transportation for customer orders, warehouse transfers, returns, and discards across the U.S. and internationally using SAP/R3
  • Work cross‑functionally with Warehouse Inventory Coordinator and Scheduling Coordinator to ensure efficient and timely flow of materials in and out of warehouse
  • Monitor quality and accuracy of loads inbound and outbound
  • Accurately complete & maintain records in accordance to company standards in a timely fashion
  • Help manage and enforce Powered Industrial Truck (PIT)/forklift safety policies as well as help with onboarding of new PIT operators
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery complaints and logistics incidents

Education:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Proficient computer skills

What Skills You Need:

  • Has strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Self motivated to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Demonstrates effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with internal and external customers
  • Shows high attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, distribution, and shipment best practices to aid forward planning.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work overtime hours, including weekends and holidays, as required during seasonal peaks to support achieving production goals

Physical Job Requirements:

  • Stand and sit for extended periods
  • Work both outdoors and indoors in hot, cold, wet, and dry conditions
  • Lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Perform work that involves repetitive motion and/or repetitive lifting
  • Exposure to dust and plant allergens including but not limited to corn, sunflower, cotton, and canola pollen and protein and sorghum as well as potential mold spores and/or chemicals in the course of your duties

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Associates degree or higher
  • Two years of shipping, transportation, warehouse, inventory management, or logistics experience
  • Experience in production agriculture or a plant production environment
  • Intermediate level skills with inventory management software, such as SAP/R3
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles such as 5S, Continuous Improvement, and Standardized Work
  • Experience leading teams, programs, or processes
