Cedars of Lebanon is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Behavioral Unit Dayshift (Weekend Warrior). This role focuses on direct resident care, documentation, and active participation in care planning to support resident well-being.

Ideal candidates are STNA certified in Ohio, with a high school diploma, and willing to work weekends. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Must be STNA certified in Ohio.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0 years of experience as an STNA; new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct resident care including personal care, mobility assistance, and vital sign monitoring.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with mealtime activities including feeding and hydration.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services.
• Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
