Qualifications

• Current, valid Ohio CNA/STNA certification.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and adaptive problem-solving.
• Physical stamina to lift/transfer residents and stand for shifts.
• First Aid/CPR certified (preferred).
• Passion for resident-centered care in long-term settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily resident care: bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and ADLs under RN/LPN supervision.
• Assist with meals, feeding, hydration, turning, ambulating, and nutritional supplements.
• Observe residents, document intake/output, and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Maintain clean, tidy resident rooms and living areas—make beds and transport as needed.
• Promote resident rights, dignity, and safety—report abuse/neglect immediately.
• Follow all policies, regulations, and infection control standards.
• Assist nursing staff and perform other duties as assigned.
