Job summary

Sunrise Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for the dayshift (7a-7p). This full-time or part-time role involves caring for residents with compassion, assisting with activities of daily living, and upholding resident rights in a supportive environment.

You will work as part of a team to promote dignity, report any concerns, and adhere to facility policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Assist in daily care of residents such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living.
• Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident’s personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect.
• Adhere to all policies and procedure of Sunrise Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
