Responsibilities

• Record vital signs: temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rate.
• Gather information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition and care plans.
• Observe patients to detect symptoms requiring medical attention.
• Document observations and report them to nurses.
