Job summary
The Pinnacle Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Tallmadge, OH is hiring STNAs for full-time and part-time roles committed to delivering compassionate care to residents. Shifts are 8 hours with flexible schedules to support our team.
We offer a $1.00/hour bump for full-time benefits and an additional $1.50/hour for 2nd/3rd shifts, plus staff events and lunch incentives to recognize our caring team.
Qualifications
- Must have a current STNA license.
- Experience preferred, not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to residents and assist with activities of daily living.
- Maintain safe patient-to-staff ratios.
- Assist with mobility and daily tasks as needed.
- Follow facility policies and complete required documentation.
