Fairmont of Westlake in Westlake, OH is hiring Resident Care team members to provide direct care under the supervision of licensed nurses. You will help create a safe, respectful environment for residents and support daily activities with compassion.

Qualified applicants will be 18+, demonstrate English proficiency, and have a caring attitude toward the elderly. Training or prior experience is a plus, and the role offers flexible scheduling and competitive compensation.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of elementary education or reading/writing ability.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Previous experience or completion of appropriate training program.
• Positive attitude toward the elderly.
