Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support patients in their homes with a full range of direct care services. You will follow the plan of care to provide comfort, dignity, and independence for clients who need assistance with daily living activities.

You will obtain vital signs, document findings, and report changes in condition promptly. A CNA or STNA certification and a valid driver's license are required, ensuring safe, reliable in-home visits.

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience.
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA).
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance according to the plan of care.
• Obtain vital signs and document findings.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).

As a Home Health Aide, you will be:

• Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
• Obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings
• Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status

To qualify for a Home Health Aide with us, you will need:
