Job summary

Taylor's Pointe in Cincinnati, OH seeks a full-time Activities Assistant/Aide to create engaging programs for Residents and enhance daily life. You will plan, implement, and document activities, collaborating with care staff to support wellbeing.

The ideal candidate is friendly, self-motivated, comfortable with basic computer tasks, and able to work every other weekend. STNA certification and experience with dementia or behavioral needs are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be STNA certified.
• Experience in programming and documentation preferred.
• Friendly, caring, multi-task oriented.
• Willing to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality activities for residents.
• Plan, implement and document programming activities.
• Maintain schedule and records; collaborate with care staff.
• Work weekends as part of the shift pattern.
