Job summary

Luxe Rehabilitation & Care Center is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide compassionate resident care in an in-person setting in Ohio. The role requires Ohio STNA licensure to enroll in the course, strong patient-service skills, and reliable documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care: showers, peri-care, grooming, and daily living tasks.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful care and support to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and events.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure high-quality care and safety.

STNA Responsibilities:

• Resident care: showers, peri-care, check/change, hair, nails, etc.


• Resident CARE: loving our residents!


• Assist residents with activities of daily living.


• Teamwork: we\'re all in this together!


• Documentation as needed.

Experience:
- Strong patient service skills with the ability to provide compassionate care
- Knowledge of medical documentation and recordkeeping practices
- Familiarity with spinal tap procedures and other specialized medical treatments
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or seniors is a plus

Qualifications

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) licensure in the State of Ohio required to be eligible to enroll in the course
