Fairfield Care Community in Ohio is seeking a State-tested Nursing Assistant (Stna) to join our compassionate care team. The role focuses on providing direct resident care under licensed nurses, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining accurate care records.

Ideal candidates are current nursing students or CNAs, able to lift and transfer residents safely, with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be a current student in a nursing program or have completed a CNA program.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with care and patience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications or licenses.
