Pay Rate:$32/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 40 Hours per Week

Skillforce is currently hiring experienced Structural Stick Welders for a commercial project Shelbyville, KY. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, and performing welds using Stick welding process.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and fabrication plans

Fit and assemble structural steel components according to specifications

Perform Stick welding to secure assemblies

Verify measurements, alignments, and tolerances for accuracy

Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements

Previous experience as a Structural Welder in the field
