Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. seeks a dedicated full-time dishwasher to support our kitchen team in Jacksonville, FL. You will clean dishware, safely operate washing equipment, and help maintain a spotless, organized wash area.

You’ll assist with general cleaning, clear spills promptly, and participate in special cleaning projects as needed. Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is helpful, and we value reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Fundamentals of dishwashing or kitchen experience is helpful.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized wash area.

Responsibilities

• Wash by hand and operate dishwashing equipment to thoroughly clean service ware, cookware and utensils.
• Clear spills promptly and keep all kitchen areas clean and safe.
• Empty and wash trash bins when ¾ full and maintain organized wash station.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

Job description

Ensure the cleanliness of all dishware. Carefully wash by hand, and safely and skillfully operate the washing equipment, to thoroughly clean all service ware, cookware and utensils, including polishing stainless and silver ware.

Help maintain safety in the kitchen by clearing spills promptly, keeping all kitchen equipment, oven vents, all floor, wall, and cook surfaces, thoroughly clean. Empty, wash, and return trash bins over ¾ full. Keep the wash area organized.

Pitch in to help with special and deep cleaning projects. Fundamentals Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is helpful.
