Job summary

ASM Global is seeking a Steward to support our stadium kitchen operations on site. The role focuses on washing china, glass, and silverware; cleaning equipment and pots; and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

You will transport food and equipment across the venue as required, supporting smooth event operations. Candidates should excel in customer service, work well in teams, and adapt to long hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Wash all china, glass and silverware.

• Sweep and mop all floors in the kitchen.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Steward will report directly to the Operations Manager.

• Wash all china, glass and silverware
• Clean all equipment, pots and pans
• Store all equipment in proper locations
• Sweep and mop all floors in the kitchen
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Transport food and equipment throughout the stadium as needed

• Ability to lift and/ or move up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision
• Environmental Working Conditions:
