Sodexo is seeking a Steward Supervisor at SHEDD Aquarium in Chicago to oversee stewarding operations, ensuring a clean, safe back-of-house environment and supporting food service across the unit.

You will supervise stewarding staff, conduct pre-shift briefings, and help train on sanitation and safe work practices. The role supports multiple service lines including restaurants, banquets, concessions, and catering, with emphasis on cleanliness and workflow efficiency.

This role provides direct supervision to stewarding staff and ensures compliance with sanitation, safety, and operational standards.
