Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a Steward to oversee stewarding and cleaning operations. You will ensure clean dishes and utensils are available, move items between kitchen and service areas, and maintain beverage spaces while supporting kitchen needs and safety standards.

The role requires at least 1 year in a Steward’s Department, flexibility for varying shifts, and the ability to pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one-year progressive experience in the Stewards’ Department.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Virginia Lottery.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned area and kitchen.
• Prepare and stock food lines and self-service stations.
• Transport food items from kitchen to service areas.
• Wash dishes and ensure adequate supply of dishes and utensils.
