Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Utility Steward to brighten guest experiences by keeping kitchen and dining areas sparkling and organized. You will ensure clean serviceware, assist with event setup, and uphold health and safety standards to support a warm and memorable stay.

You’ll work with a team to maintain cleanliness and efficiency, mentoring newer stewards while following regulatory guidelines to protect guests and staff alike.

Responsibilities

• Keep serviceware spotless: Clean chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils, scrub pots and pans, and burnish silver
• Monitor stock levels: Ensure supplies and equipment are well stocked and organized for seamless service
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness: Perform cleaning tasks, including mopping and trash removal
• Support events delivery: Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions
• Train and mentor team members: Share expertise with new stewards to strengthen team performance
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness requirements for guest and team well-being
