Job summary

Seminole Brighton Bay Hotel & Casino is seeking a Kitchen Steward to maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and dining areas. You will wash, sanitize, store dishes, assist with basic food prep, and support cooks while ensuring all equipment and surfaces meet health standards.

This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and successful candidates will undergo gaming background
