HEI Hotels & Resorts seeks a dedicated Stewarding role to support the cleaning and organization of Food and Beverage Outlets. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to handle heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist the Stewarding Supervisor and restaurant outlets, ensuring dishes and equipment are clean, properly stored, and ready for use. This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and adherence to hotel standards.

Formación

• Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain it to complement guest experience.
• Ability to push/pull service carts weighing up to 150 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or push goods on a hand cart up to 200lbs with or without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Sort soiled ware promptly and ensure dish machine operates correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness of kettles, skillets, pots and pans for cooks.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

NoOverviewAssist Stewarding Supervisor and Restaurant Outlets in the cleaning and organizing of the Food and Beverage Outlets.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Promptly and carefully sort soiled ware so that it can be put through the dish or pot machine properly.
