Compass Group USA (Chartwells Higher Ed) is hiring a full-time STEWARD in Alva, Oklahoma. The shift runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, on-site to maintain kitchen areas and equipment. Prior warehouse experience is helpful.

You will support sanitation, dishwashing, and food-prep surfaces as part of a busy food service operation. We offer meal benefits when working, uniform shirts, and training. Compensation is $12.00–$13.50 per hour with opportunities for growth within a large hospitality

Responsabilidades

• Perform duties to maintain kitchen work areas and equipment in clean and orderly condition.
• Sweep and mop floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate large dishwashing and sanitation machines.
• Wash surfaces, tables, and equipment after use.
• Assist with setup and loading/unloading supplies as needed.
• Distribute utensils and portable equipment; follow safety lifting guidelines.

Job Summary

Summary: Perform job duties required to maintain kitchen work areas, kitchen equipment in clean and orderly condition. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sweeps and mops floors at appropriate intervals to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Operates large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks and all other food prep surfaces as assigned.
• Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans in appropriate and assigned areas.
• Washes dishes, pots, pans, utensils and other food preparation machines and equipment.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas observing all safe lifting standards.
• Assists with banquet table and front of the house set up as requested.
• Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Complies with all outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
