Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection is a premier Napa resort offering luxury accommodations and experiences. This Dishwasher role supports a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring a spotless canvas for culinary creations to flourish in a scenic wine country setting.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with opportunities for growth. Applicants should have at least one year of dishwashing experience and be able to read and write in English. Flexible weekend and holiday scheduling is required.

Responsibilities

• Use manual or mechanical methods to wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste.
• Assist kitchen staff in food preparation tasks, such as peeling and cutting vegetables or portioning ingredients.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies to ensure a continuous and efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations and timely availability of clean dishes during peak hours.

The starting range for this position is $18.50. This is the pay rate for this position that Stanly Ranch reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
