LEFT LANE Hospitality Group, LLC’s Hotel Bardo Savannah is seeking a reliable Steward to support cleanliness, organization, and flow of our Food & Beverage operations. This onsite role ensures that culinary and service areas remain clean, safe, and well-stocked during service.

You will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, lifting up to 50 lbs, and collaborating with kitchen and service teams to maintain high standards and smooth operations at Hotel Bardo Savannah.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain sanitation standards.
• Keep kitchen and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with trash removal, breakdown, and post-service cleaning.

About the role

Hotel Bardo Savannah is seeking a reliable and hardworking Steward to support the cleanliness, organization, and overall flow of our Food & Beverage operations. This role is essential to the success of the kitchen and service teams, ensuring that all culinary and service areas remain clean, safe, and well-stocked throughout service.

This is an onsite position located at Hotel Bardo Savannah.
