Job summary

Eurest USA is hiring immediately for Steward Associate positions at the Delta Sky Club in Milwaukee, WI. Full-time and part-time schedules are available with open availability preferred.

Typical duties include maintaining kitchen areas, operating dishwashing equipment, and assisting with banquet setup. Prior cleaning/dishwashing experience is preferred; training will be provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Cleaning and dishwashing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform duties in a kitchen safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate large electric machines such as dishwashers and sanitizers.
• Wash work surfaces, tables, walls, and meat blocks as assigned.
• Segregate and dispose of trash in designated containers and sanitize cans.
• Wash dishes, posts, pans, utensils and other equipment.
• Move supplies between storage and work areas following safe lifting practices.
• Assist with banquet table setup and front-of-house needs.
• Load/unload and deliver supplies and product as required.
• Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Follow all sanitation and safety requirements as outlined.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Location: Delta Sky Club - 5300 S Howell Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53207 Note: online applications accepted only.


• Schedule: Full and part time schedule; open availability preferred. Hours and days may vary; more details upon interview.


• Requirement: Cleaning and dishwashing experience preferred.


• Fixed Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Perform job duties required to maintain kitchen work areas, kitchen equipment in clean and orderly condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors at appropriate intervals to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.


• Operates large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.


• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks and all other food prep surfaces as assigned.


• Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans in appropriate and assigned areas.


• Washes dishes, posts, pans, utensils and other food preparation machines and equipment.


• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas observing all safe lifting standards.


• Assists with banquet table and front of the house set up as requested.


• Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.


• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.


• Complies with all outlined sanitation and safety requirements.


• Perform other duties as assigned.
