Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts seeks a Steward / Dishwasher for Renaissance Meadowlands Hotel in Rutherford, NJ. You will assist the Executive Chef and Restaurant Outlets in cleaning and organizing the Food and Beverage areas to keep service running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of service ware and its upkeep to support guest experience.
• Ability to push/pull service carts up to 150 pounds with/without accommodation.
• Ability to transport heavy objects through a crowded room with/without accommodation.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 200lbs with/without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style for different audiences.
