Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Steward at Big Cedar Lodge to maintain clean and sanitary tableware and support a safe kitchen environment. This role emphasizes proper sanitation, adherence to SOPs, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include operating dishwashing equipment, following health standards, handling chemicals safely, and performing ongoing training. The position offers full-time hours and benefits across medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

• Follow proper procedures as disclosed in Standard Operating Procedures as explained to staff.

• Complete all training requirements.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
