Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring for a full-time Dishwasher at the Renaissance Newport Beach. You will wash dishes, glassware, and cookware, keeping the kitchen clean and organized while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in a fast-paced environment, and be flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, with a company-supported benefits program available.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using a commercial dishwasher or by hand
• Clean, transport and store all dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans
• Keep the kitchen area clean and organized by sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash
• Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
• Empty trash bins and dispose of food waste
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned
