Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts seeks an Assist Stewarding Supervisor to support the Stewarding and Food & Beverage outlets in Miami. You will assist with cleaning, organizing, and stocking dishware to keep operations running smoothly.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift and move heavy items, and reliable attendance. You’ll contribute to a fast-paced environment that delivers exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience with dishroom and service ware cleaning in a high-activity setting.
• Able to push/pull carts up to 150 lbs and move items up to 200 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Stewarding Supervisor and outlets with cleaning and organizing dishes and wares.
• Sort soiled ware for machine washing and restock storage areas promptly.
• Operate burnishing machine and de-tarnish silverware for proper appearance.
• Keep dish machine clean and filled with water per hotel standards.
• Support cooks by keeping kettles/pots/pans clean and ready for use.

NoOverviewAssist Stewarding Supervisor and Restaurant Outlets in the cleaning and organizing of the Food and Beverage Outlets.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Promptly and carefully sort soiled ware so that it can be put through the dish or pot machine properly.
