Job summary

Life Science Outsourcing (LSO) seeks an SVS Coordinator to organize sterilization validation projects for medical devices at our Brea, CA facility. You’ll keep projects on schedule and within budget, coordinating across LSO departments and outside vendors, and maintaining clear weekly status updates for customers.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma (technical or undergraduate degree preferred), strong reading/writing of protocols, solid communication, and familiarity with ISO 13485 and

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical or undergraduate degree preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and write protocols and work instructions for technical projects.
• Effective verbal and written communication; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of medical device regulatory standards is a strong plus.
• Experience with sterilization methods (EO, gamma, or steam) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate validation activities across LSO departments and outside vendors to deliver high-quality results on time.
• Execute sterilization validation project plans from kickoff through final release.
• Coordinate resources and day-to-day activities to complete validation projects.
• Maintain accurate project status reports and distribute them to customers weekly.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and compliant with quality system requirements.
