Job summary

Gentle Dental Community SF is hiring a Sterilization Tech to support our busy San Francisco office. You will sterilize, sterilize instruments, prepare treatment rooms, and assist clinicians with patient flow and infection control. This role requires strong communication and a teamwork mindset to deliver safe, high-quality care.

Full-time position with competitive hourly pay and benefits. Experience in dental assisting and certificate from an accredited program preferred.

• Certificate from an Accredited Dental Assisting Program.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform sterilization and prepare instruments before, during, and after patient visits.
• Maintain infection control and cleanliness of operatories.
• Assist dentists and dental staff as needed.

$25.00+ per hour/DOE
