The role requires at least 1 year of experience, a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a Sterile Processing certification. Strong communication in English is essential for patient and team interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Disassembles, cleans, assembles, sterilizes, and stores procedure trays, instruments, equipment and supplies.
• Provides accurate information and timely updates to patients and customers; addresses questions and concerns.
• Uses service recovery skills to solve problems or service breakdowns when they occur.
• Demonstrates teamwork across departments and communicates effectively with others.
• Maintains and updates department reports; dispenses sterile supplies and trays.
