Job summary

Fort Worth Oral Surgery is seeking an entry-level team member eager to learn dental instrument handling, scrubbing, packaging and sterilizing. No formal schooling required; training will be provided.

Starting pay is $15 per hour for about 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for growth and certification as a Registered Dental Assistant.

Fort Worth Oral Surgery is looking for a quick learner that is interested in dental surgery and wants to start in an entry level position- experience is not required.

We want the right person to join our high-performing, caring team. We work hard and have fun; we love our patients and each other. Candidates must be able to be on their feet through the day, manage multiple priorities under some pressure in a fast-paced environment, and work well with various personality types. Successful team member have a go-getter attitude, are cheerful and efficient, know how to have a good laugh and still know when to be professional. We love taking excellent care of each patient, and part of doing that means ensuring all of our instruments are processed correctly and quickly. Initial training and duties will include scrubbing instruments, packaging and sterilizing instruments through specific processes, gathering instruments throughout the office, stocking supplies, and other duties as assigned. Must be able to show understanding of sterile process after completion of training and must be able to follow instructions with excellence.

Long-term, our hope is training to incorporate additional duties for assisting doctors with oral surgery procedures and become certified as a Registered Dental Assistant. We are excited to train the right person- no formal schooling required.

This is a full time position, approximately 37 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Starting pay is $15 per hour for an entry level candidate, but plenty of room for growth with training and certification.
