Wilson Orthodontics in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Sterilization and Lab Assistant to join our growing team. You will clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment, keep chairs organized, and provide patient care instructions under the orthodontist's supervision.

The role includes performing lab procedures, uploading records, and supporting local marketing events while cross-training in other duties. A high school diploma is required, and orthodontic experience is a plus but not essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some dental/orthodontic experience is helpful, but not required.
• Willingness to cross-train in other roles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment and work areas per sterilization/disinfection protocols.
• Keep chairs clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide patient care instructions to patients.
• Perform laboratory procedures under the supervision of the Orthodontist.
• Upload records to patient software.
• Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events.
• Cross-trains in other support positions as necessary.
