Job summary

Qualifications

• Central sterilizing processing experience or surgical technician experience preferred.
• Certification as Central Sterilizing Technician required within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate surgical and medical equipment following procedures.
• Inspect instruments for cleanliness and function; prepare/wrap for sterilization.
• Operate and troubleshoot sterilizers, washers and sonic cleaners.
